Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Perseno. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to store
• Use Perseno to store illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to access another user's data or account
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt Perseno's services
• Use Perseno for any unlawful purpose

You own the content you upload to Perseno, including screenshots, images, and notes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store that content. By uploading content, you grant Perseno a license to process it solely to provide the service to you.

When you upload a screenshot or image, Perseno processes it to identify information that may be worth tracking — such as deadlines, appointments, replies, and tasks. You review and confirm what becomes a Radar item. Nothing is added to your Radar without your confirmation. The original screenshot is stored privately in your account and can be reopened from the Radar item it created.

Calendar imports are a one-time snapshot. Perseno does not stay in sync with Apple, Google, or Outlook — if something changes, import an updated file to refresh.

Perseno uses automated, AI-assisted systems to analyze uploaded content and suggest items, categories, priorities, and draft replies. These suggestions may contain errors or miss important information. You are responsible for reviewing important dates, messages, and decisions yourself. Perseno is not a substitute for your own judgment.

Perseno creates reminders and notifications in the app based on your preferences. You can adjust or turn off notifications at any time in Settings. Text message (SMS) reminders may be available in the future.

Text message (SMS) functionality is not currently available. The terms below describe how SMS will work when it is activated in the future.

If you enable text message reminders, you provide a mobile phone number and Perseno may use it to:

• Send requested reminders
• Send service notifications
• Respond to messages you send to Perseno
• Provide the Perseno Agent functionality
• Send other communications you have consented to receive

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP to any message or by turning off SMS in Settings. For help, reply HELP. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any Perseno subscription.

Perseno creates in-app notifications based on your preferences, including a daily brief and a capture nudge. You can adjust or turn off notifications at any time in Settings.

Perseno offers three plans:

• Perseno Free — Limited to 10 drops per month. Includes Radar, categories, basic reminders, and manual capture.
• Perseno+ — $6.99/month. Includes unlimited drops, Perseno Calendar, suggested replies and drafts, and priority processing.
• Perseno Household — $21.99/month. Includes everything in Perseno+ plus household sharing for up to 5 members. One person pays and covers the members they invite — invited members join free. Includes a shared household Radar, shared commitments, and household reminders.

Plan features and pricing may change. Changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance.

Perseno+ may be offered with a 7-day free trial. If you start a trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Your payment method is charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. Stripe processes your payment information — Perseno does not store your card details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Perseno app or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Perseno support through the application.

Perseno Household allows multiple members of a household to share a single subscription. One member (the owner) pays and covers the members they invite — invited members join free and are not prompted to purchase their own subscription. Each member has their own private account and Radar. Joining a Household does not give other members access to your private information, including screenshots, documents, private calendar events, and Life Search. You choose what to share, and shared items are visible only to authorized household members. The owner can manage members and remove them at any time.

Perseno's "Schedule with others" feature lets you coordinate timing with other people by sharing a link. When a participant authorizes, Perseno checks their Perseno calendar and Radar to determine when they are busy and shares only anonymized busy/free time blocks — never event titles, locations, descriptions, or other calendar details.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share your own availability, and for only inviting people you intend to coordinate with. Participants authorize sharing voluntarily by opening the link and consenting; no one's calendar is accessed without their explicit action.

Any participant may withdraw their authorization at any time, which removes their busy blocks from the request. Scheduling links expire after 14 days unless canceled earlier by the organizer. Perseno does not guarantee that a mutually available time will be found, and is not responsible for the accuracy of any participant's imported calendar data.

When a time is confirmed, each participant may add it to their own Perseno calendar. Perseno adds the event only to the Perseno calendar of the person who chooses to add it; it does not modify external Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars, and is not responsible for conflicts that arise from calendars it cannot access.

Perseno, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by its operator. You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant Perseno a license to process it to provide the service to you.

Perseno uses third-party service providers to deliver certain features:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Twilio for SMS delivery
• Google for sign-in authentication
• AI and processing providers for content analysis
• Hosting and infrastructure providers for database and platform services

These providers process information as necessary to provide their services to Perseno.

Perseno strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

You may choose to connect compatible external AI assistants — such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible clients — to your Perseno account. The connection is authorized by you and acts only on your behalf, using your own Perseno account and data. Through a connection, an assistant may search your memories, Radar, and calendar; save information to your memory, Radar, or calendar; check your availability and suggest open time windows; and start a multi-person scheduling request on your behalf.

Your responsibility — You are responsible for what you direct an assistant to save and for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before relying on them. Perseno decides where saved information goes and checks for duplicates and calendar conflicts, but you remain responsible for confirming important dates, messages, and decisions. You use all AI-assisted features at your own risk.

Third-party services — External AI assistants are third-party services operated by their own providers. Your use of those assistants is governed by their providers’ terms and privacy policies, separate from these Terms. Perseno is not responsible for the acts or omissions of external AI providers, or for content they generate, retain, or train on.

No access to other services — Connecting an AI assistant does not grant Perseno or the assistant access to your email or other external accounts; each external service requires its own authorization.

Revocation — You can revoke an assistant’s access at any time from that assistant’s settings. Revocation stops future access and does not delete your Perseno data.

No professional advice — Perseno is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice and is not an emergency service, whether you interact with it directly or through a connected AI assistant.

Perseno World lets you create persistent World Profiles for things that matter to you — physical objects, digital projects, businesses, places, and other meaningful entities.

Your World content — You own the photos, documents, and information you add to your World Profiles. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store that content. By adding content to a World Profile, you grant Perseno a license to process it to provide the World intelligence features to you.

AI research and knowledge — Perseno researches publicly available information about your World entities and stores that research in the World Profile. Research may include manufacturer documentation, specifications, market value, and common issues. Research is based on publicly available sources and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it.

Product suggestions — Perseno may suggest real products from legitimate retailers when a World entity needs a part. Perseno does not guarantee product availability, compatibility, or pricing. Some links may be affiliate links. Purchases occur on the retailer's website, not through Perseno. You are responsible for verifying compatibility and for all purchase decisions.

Not professional advice — World intelligence is informational and organizational. Perseno does not inspect, diagnose, or repair your physical objects. For safety-related concerns — mechanical, electrical, structural, vehicle, gas, or fire — consult a qualified professional. Perseno is not a substitute for professional inspection, repair, or advice.

No real-time physical state — A World Profile does not mean Perseno knows the real-time location, condition, or operational status of your physical object. Perseno only knows what you tell it and what it can research from public sources. Perseno does not claim sensor data or live physical-state information unless an actual authorized integration provides it.

Perseno may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Perseno may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your activity harms the service or other users. You can delete your data at any time through the Privacy & Data center in the app.

Perseno is an organizational and assistive tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Perseno is not an emergency service. AI-generated suggestions — including Radar items, categories, priorities, due dates, draft replies, availability windows, and scheduling suggestions — may contain errors, miss important information, or be wrong. Always review important dates, messages, decisions, and recommendations yourself before acting.

Use at your own risk. You assume all risk associated with your use of Perseno and its AI-assisted features, and with relying on any output it produces. Perseno does not guarantee that any suggestion, reminder, date, time, or search result is accurate, complete, or current. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it, and for any consequences of acting or failing to act based on Perseno's output.

Perseno is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perseno and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or reliance on the service, its AI-assisted features, or its suggestions — including missed deadlines, lost opportunities, scheduling conflicts, or actions taken based on inaccurate AI output. Your use of Perseno is at your sole risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Perseno's operating entity is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
